Officially founded in 2021, our team has been deeply involved in the property market for almost eight years, having started off as a landlord managing properties informally for friends and family. We then began to buy our own 'buy-to-let' properties within South London and have since grown our network to include reliable and trusted contacts for all property-related matters. If I was to invest with Hunte & Co. Property Development, what kind of financial returns can I expect to receive?
Investing in property development can be a great way to generate a passive income and diversify your assets portfolio. Each deal is unique, and a minimum investment term will apply, however investors can expect to receive a fixed rate of return of between 7-10% (depending on the amount invested). The length of investment is typically between 9-12 months, with previous investors receiving their investment back on average between 6-8 months. All investments are backed up by a legally binding agreement, and investors will receive frequent updates on project progression and can also arrange site visits as requested.
